“We are not ready for Virtual Instructor lead training (VILT) for technical courses.”

We knew that at one point, this statement would no longer be accepted by our clients. Therefore beginning of 2020, we started to design Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) for our Hazardous Area Courses and IECEx preparatory courses.

In the initial stages of the VILT programme designing, it seemed impossible to run technical courses, have our candidates stay motivated for the entire session, not to mention other challenges such as technical issue, distractions, & time management.

With a continuous improvement approach, we have found means to successfully conduct Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) for all our courses. By taking this new interactive digital-based approach, “action learning” takes place.

Currently we offer VILT for the below IECEx preparatory courses:

Ex 001 : Electrical Equipment in Potentially Explosive Atmosphere – Basic Principles
Ex 003 & Ex 006 : Explosion Protection Equipment Installation & Testing
Ex 004, 007 & Ex 008 : Maintain Equipment in Explosive Atmospheres and Inspection of Electrical Installation
Ex 009 : Design of electrical installation in or associated with explosive atmosphere
